Police Report Assistant
Turns bodycam, interview and 911 audio into a searchable transcript and a first-draft report. The officer completes it, reviews it and signs it.
Safeguards built in
- Drafts use only what is in the recording. Unclear audio is marked [inaudible], never guessed.
- Every sentence links to the moment in the recording it came from.
- Each report states that AI assisted, following the strictest state rules.
- The AI first draft, the officer's edits and the source recording are all kept on file.
- The draft is never the official report until the officer signs it.

- Original recordings never leave your evidence system, so chain of custody stays intact.

Government-only cloud
Protected data is stored in AWS GovCloud (US): US-only data centers, operated by screened US staff. The AI runs through Amazon Bedrock inside that cloud.
Never used for training
Your information is used only to answer your requests. It is not used to train any AI model, by us or by our providers, and it is not shared.
Sealed space for each customer
Each customer has its own encrypted space, with sign-in protection and a log of every access. You get a monthly access report.
